Fall impressions

I like living on a high floor — every spring and fall the vista from my balcony is just beautiful. The title shot was made after one of those long rains that we’ve had recently.
Most of these, again, are multiple exposures to achieve the impressionistic effect that I’m still not tired of. The shot above only uses 9 frames or so because I wanted to include some of the features of the leaves and the tree itself and didn’t want to only convey the colors and the scene, like in the title shot, for instance.
The shot above was made in the parking lot of my building, so I had to clone out a few cars and a piece of the sky that wasn’t quite pleasant. Since I’m not very good at Photoshop, apologies for the sloppy job.
Of course when it rains and it’s cloudy, it creates a great opportunity for incredible sunsets afterwards. Someone said that the first rule of photographing a sunset is to turn your back towards the sun and to see what it illuminates, but in this case I think the view deserved to be featured itself. So did one my friends — Hi, Hota! — who took almost exactly the same picture of the same sunset and called it “ET Sunset” — I agree, this doesn’t look like it’s from this planet.

Ваш закат куда драматичнее и широкоугольней моего =)
Зато ваш резкий, а мой не совсем.
